About the event
We would like to invite you to the two-day Obeya Builder training.
In the Obeya, we recognize two important roles: the Obeya Builder and the Obeya Host:
The Builder focuses primarily on the development of the space itself and the content. He helps the organization by optimally aligning the Obeya with the context. As a Builder, you are challenged on your analytical skills and organizational awareness
The Host focuses primarily on the interactions in the Obeya and helps the organization by guiding the sessions in such a way that sustainable decisions are made based on the information available in the Obeya and the conversations that are held on that basis. As a Host, you are challenged on your interpersonal sensitivity and your team-coaching skills such as creating psychological safety.
