About the event
We would like to invite you to the two-day Obeya Host training.
In the Obeya, we recognize two important roles: the Obeya Host and the Obeya Builder:
The Host focuses primarily on the interactions in the Obeya and helps the organization by guiding the sessions in such a way that sustainable decisions are made based on the information available in the Obeya and the conversations that are held on that basis. As a Host, you are challenged on your interpersonal sensitivity and your team-coaching skills such as creating psychological safety.
The Builder focuses primarily on the development of the space itself and the content. He helps the organization by optimally aligning the Obeya with the context. As a Builder, you are challenged on your analytical skills and organizational awareness.
